Job Role Overview

We are recruiting for a passionate Sales Executive that will support our growth and join the existing Sales & Marketing team. This position will be primarily focused on the UK region, this is a great time to join MIAS Pharma – a growing niche company with ambitious expansion plans.

Your main purpose is to drive the acquisition of new business and manage commercial relationships with existing clients to meet commercial growth targets for the UK region.

You will be an inspired self-starter with a clear ability to drive sales growth, build rapport with clients and close sales.


Who Does the Role Report To?Commercial Director
Role Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies for own territory in conjunction with Commercial Director and the team.
  • Research prospects and generate leads.
  • Engage actively with clients to identify new opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through dedicated campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposal leveraging solution selling techniques.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from clients.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, or trade associations.
  • Input into MIAS Pharma Innovation’s process.
  • Comply with sales process and maintain CRM database.
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality/timeline/profit targets are actively managed during both sales and delivery cycles


Job Description
  • Assist in the co-ordination of all sales and marketing activities in line with Sales and Marketing Plan; assist in monitoring the effectiveness of activities, identifying opportunities to promote MIAS Pharma within budget.
  • Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the Quality Management System at MIAS Pharma, including performance of and participation in internal audits, and the retention of appropriate documentation and records.


Essential Criteria

Experience & Knowledge:

  • BSc in Marketing, Business, or technical field
  • 5 Year + experience in a Sales Executive position in B2B business services
  • Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical Sector
  • Commercial awareness and worldly minded
  • Practical experience of using solution selling techniques
  • Proficiency in English

Skills & Abilities:

  • Reliable Team Player
  • Self-motivated and effective ability to prioritise workload.
  • Professional with CRM tools and Sales Software e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable IT skills inc. MS Office suite
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Helpful listening skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Resilient and ability to handle rejection

  • Understanding the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain
